Dear Residents:

The Association of Residents in Radiation Oncology (ARRO) seeks your votes to elect three new members to sit on the six-member ARRO Executive Board. The elected members will represent your interests in training-related issues to ASTRO, the ABR, and other organizations for the next two years.

Please review each of the eight (8) candidate's personal statements and corresponding curriculum vitas which are located on the ARRO website at http://www.arro.org.

You may vote for up to three (3) candidates. The three candidates who receive the most votes overall will be nominated to the ARRO Executive Board.

Your ballot must be submitted by January 28, 2005.

The easiest way for you to vote is online at http://www.arro.org. You will need your ASTRO username and password to login (if you do not recall your ASTRO username and password, go to www.astro.org and click on "forgot password" in the member login box on the left.)

Because ARRO may not have some residents' e-mail addresses, paper ballots will also be mailed. If you choose to vote by paper ballot, do not vote online. Paper ballots may be used instead of, but not in addition to, the online ballot.

Complete confidentiality of your vote will be maintained. Your login information will be used only to identify your ballot number.

In this election, your vote is very important. PLEASE VOTE!
